Dab areas of concern once daily and / or nightly (or as directed). Unscrew cap from stick and discard. Use a pointed object to pierce the seal and remove foil/cellophane completely. Take larger cap (containing sponge tip) and firmly screw down onto the stick until it no longer turns then check to see that the sponge-tip is fully inserted.
